Once the scope is defined, we provide a detailed estimate outlining project expectation, followed by a design agreement and retainer to officially begin the work.
During design development, our team creates two to three carefully crafted design concepts that capture your vision and reflect the unique character of your project. We include two rounds of revisions at no additional cost to ensure every detail feels right. Builders are encouraged to participate during this stage, allowing the design and budget to stay aligned from the start.
Once the design is finalized, we move into the construction documentation phase, preparing a complete set of residential drawings ready for permitting and construction. To conclude, we meet with your builder or construction team for a detailed review walking through the drawings, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless handoff into the building phase.
