He has a proven track record of combining technical knowledge with superior customer relation skills to build the client base and strengthen the client relationship. Before Co-founding Evurge Solutions, Terrence’s experience encompassed engineering, design, and implementation of networks spanning various technologies within telecommunications markets. Terrence is a member of BICSI I and currently holds the Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.

As Co-Founder & COO of Evurge Solutions, Devin is an accomplished technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in program and project management, information security, data analysis, and organizational staffing optimization. He has served as a Project Executive with expertise in cyber situational awareness, emergency response support for critical military centers, and technical recruitment.
In his role as Co-Founder & COO, Devin oversees program and project execution, IT staff augmentation, security, contracts, and operations—ensuring company missions and programs are delivered on time, with technical excellence and cost efficiency. He brings proven leadership in developing, structuring, and executing business strategies that drive organizational success.
